  2. Web Request (If app is uninstalled): If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you may request data deletion by contacting us via email.

    • Required Information: Please include your registered email address or account identifier in the email body.

    • Processing Time: Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and permanently delete your account information, posts, and chat history within 90 days, except for data required to be retained by law.
